Cei Dev Ltd is a Registered Charity set up in 1999 and sponsored by the Welsh Assembly Government. Based in New Quay it was formed to help regenerate the town of New Quay and to put community ideas into practice. 

Highlights of Cei Dev so far include the development of Cardigan Bay Watersports and the New Quay and all Ceredigion Dylan Thomas Trail and the Community Newsletter.
